01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Adelaide at 231 Hutt St, Coffee & Croissant is not just a cafe; it’s a delightful experience waiting to unfold. From the moment you step through the door, you’re embraced by a warm, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The aromas of freshly baked pastries and expertly brewed coffee envelop you, urging you to relax and indulge.

As the name suggests, their specialty lies in the croissant, which customers rave about. With a rotating selection that promises freshness and variety, there's always something new and exciting to taste. One highlight you might not want to miss is the mouthwatering doublecut croissant toastie, which has garnered glowing reviews for its exceptional flavor. Coupled with their top-notch coffee, crafted to perfection, it makes for a match made in heaven.

Patrons like Wang Aicen express their love for the croissants and the exceptional variety they offer, while Ana Villa describes the experience as a treat for the senses, from the inviting aromas to the vibrant vibe. The friendly staff, especially Jin at the counter, adds a personal touch that elevates your visit. As Jeremy Aubert puts it, the genuine warmth from the baristas creates an atmosphere of familiarity and relaxation that is rare to find nowadays.

While the interior can get a bit lively when bustling with guests, a couple of charming outdoor tables provide a lovely option for those who prefer a bit of fresh air. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee fix or planning a leisurely breakfast with loved ones—think smoked salmon with avocado, or a classic ham and cheese croissant—Coffee & Croissant is the perfect spot to make lasting memories.

As you linger over your delightful pastries and coffee, you can't help but feel the buzz of connection that fills the air. With each visit, you'll find a reason to return; whether it's the inviting atmosphere, the delicious offerings, or the smiling faces behind the counter. So, why not treat yourself to a visit? Remember, each croissant is more than just a pastry—it’s a slice of happiness served fresh daily.

There are plenty of good croissant places around Adelaide, this is one of the best. Fresh, tasty and always something different to choose from. Haven’t tried a hot breakfast yet. When the dining room is packed with patrons, it does get a little noisy. There are a couple of tables & chairs outside.

I popped into this place for a quick coffee fix, but I soon found myself unable to resist the tempting aromas and mouthwatering food on offer. Was I in for a treat? I couldn't resist trying their double-cut croissant toastie, and it was absolutely delicious. The coffee? Perfection. The vibe? Totally cool. The staff is top-notch. Plus, you can snag some pastries to keep you happy all day. I'm definitely going back soon. Don't miss out! ...and it's pet friendly!!!

I don't often write reviews, but there was something about this place - mainly the people behind the counter. Such genuine warmth, friendliness - the gentleman behind the coffee machine especially has a buoyant friendliness that immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed. Such an enjoyable way to start my day! Rare energy to find these days.

I had breakfast with my wife — coffee, smoked salmon and avocado, and a ham and cheese croissant. It was so delicious that we ordered a roti as well. The atmosphere was nice, and we had a relaxing morning.

We found these guys through the Too Good To go app. We had no issues parking straight out the front, though imagine this could fluctuate depending on day/ times so bring a runner to run in and grab if need be. Beautiful service, lovely employee. Very fast and easy and for "Too Good To Go" app I was expecting food to be a little bit "eat straight away" stylr but the freshness and quality was amazing and impressive, you can tell that whoever is making this food is pouring a lot of love into it. On TooGoodToGo we paid $7.99 per surprise bag (subject to change of course depending on their bags each time etc) and we received 4 beautifully crafted and delicious pastries in each bag (just under $2 a piece!!!). Great savings, great quality still. Lovely service. We would love to try more of their beautiful creations. We will come back next time we are close to Adelaide for a proper sit down in there.
